________________Roasted Garlic and Corn Pudding
Ingredents:
4 oz. Spice World Roasted Garlic
32 oz. Half and Half
8 oz. Whole corn kernels (freshor frozen)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 dozen eggs
2 each red peppers, small diced
 
 
 
 
 

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.  Pour into a greased 9” x 12” baking pan.  Bake in a water bath at 350º for 1 hour.  Serving size 2 oz.  This recipe can be made a day in advance and reheated.   Cover with aluminum foil.
