_______________Pasta with Artichokes & Tomatoes
Ingredents:
1 pkg. (9oz.) refrigerated, flavored pasta
1 can (14 ½ oz.) artichoke hearts, drained
1 can (14 ½ oz.) stewed tomatoes, Italian style
½ cup sliced ripe, black olives
2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced or 1-2 tsp. ready to use garlic
grated parmesan cheese
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Preparation:
Heat water for pasta.  Cut artichokes into quarters.  In skillet combine artichokes, tomatoes, olives and garlic.  Cook over medium heat; heat through.  Cook pasta in the pot of water according to package directions.  Drain pasta.  Serve topped with artichoke sauce.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Serves 4.
