_____________________Gazpacho for Garlic Lovers
Ingredents:
4.5 oz. (1 jar) Spice World Chopped Garlic
12 oz. Tomato Juice
12 oz. Chicken broth
2 oz. Olive oil
½ cup green pepper, chopped coarse
½ cup tomatoes, chopped coarse
½ cup onions, chopped fine
½ cup cucumbers, chopped
6 T. basil, chopped
 
 
 

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients together and mix well.  Let the mixture set refrigerated overnight so flavor can mix.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Make at least one day prior to service.  Can be served hot or cold.  Serving size 6 oz.
