_________________________________Garlic Shrimp
Ingredents:
20 Large shrimp, shelled, deveined,butterflied
1/8 tsp. Fresh rosemary, finelychopped
½ tsp. Coarsely ground blackpepper
1 tsp. Fresh sweet basil, chopped
2 tsp. Fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves elephant garlic, minced
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup minced onion
¾ cups dry white wine
olive oil
 

Preparation:
Pour olive oil to 1/8 inch depth in a large skillet.  Add butter,melt over medium heat.  Add onion and garlic, sauté until transparent. Add basil, rosemary, pepper, and shrimp.  Cook for 1 minute. Add white wine and parsley.  Salt to taste.  Swirl in skillet until shrimp curl.  To serve, sprinkle with grated dry Parmesan cheese,garnish with fresh parsley springs and lemon wedges.
