Ingredents: 4.5 oz. (1 jar) Spice World Chopped Garlic 2 cups Orange Juice 1 cup Lemon Juice & Zest of Lemons 1 cup Olive Oil 6 T. Chili Powder 6 T. Cumin Powder 6 T. Black Pepper salt to taste Preparation: Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Season to taste with the salt. Use as marinade for poultry meat or seafood. Can also be used as a sauce. Store in the refrigerator, use within one week or the use by date on the orange juice carton. Serving size 2 tablespoons.
