___________________Cream of Roasted Garlic Soup
Ingredents:
2 oz. Butter
½ cup Flour
4 oz. Shallots, minced
4 oz. Spice World Roasted Garlic
16 oz. Chicken Broth
16 oz. Half & Half
¼ cup Parsley, chopped fine

Preparation:
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.  Add the shallots andgarlic and simmer until shallots are clear.  Add the flour and stir until smooth.  Add the chicken broth slowly, while whisking to keep smooth.  Add the half and half and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. (Be careful not to scorch the mixture.)  Season to taste with the salt and pepper.  Garnish with the chopped parsley.  Serving size 6 oz.
