Honey Garlic-Q Baked Beans

  • 2 strips Bacon, chopped into 1/4" pieces
  • 1 15-1/2 oz. can of Pinto Beans
  • 1/2 cup Honey Garlic-Q Sauce

In a medium saucepot, cook chopped raw bacon over medium heat until almost crispy. Add pinto beans and Honey Garlic-Q sauce and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Serves 6-8 as a side dish.

Crock Pot Garlic-Q Pulled Chicken

  • 8- 4 oz. chicken breasts
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 3/4 cup Honey Garlic-Q Sauce

Rub chicken breasts with salt and place into crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 3 hours. Remove from crock pot and shred with fork. Return to the crock pot, right into the cooking juices. Adjust salt if necessary. Serve with rolls and crisp lettuce, or serve over rice pilaf with a green salad on the side. Serves 6-8.

GQ Janes

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Honey Garlic-Q
  • 4 hamburger buns

In a medium skillet sautè onions in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring, until onions are clear. Add in turkey meat and use a wooden spoon to break it up as it cooks. Add in Garlic-Q and simmer for 10 minutes on a medium low heat. Serve on hamburger buns. Makes 4 sandwiches.

Crock Pot Garlic-Q Pulled Pork

  • 1 4-5 lb. Boston Butt Roast
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 3/4 cup Honey Garlic-Q + 1/2 cup for after cooking

Trim excess fat from Boston Butt roast, then place into crock pot. Rub meat with salt, the add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. Remove small bone, then shred meat with a fork and return to mix with the juices in the crock pot. Serve on rolls with extra Honey Garlic-Q sauce, if desired. Serves 8-10.

Garlic-Q Burger

  • 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. + 1/2 cup Garlic-Q
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Mix ground beef with onion, 2 Tbsp. of Garlic-Q, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 patties and baste with remaining 1/2 cup of Garlic-Q. Grill to desired doneness (165 degrees for optimum food safety). Serve on toasted buns with lettuce. Makes 4 burgers.

Garlic-Q Chicken Pizza

  • 2 artisan style prebaked 8-10"flatbreads (commonly found in deli section of your supermarket)
  • 1/2 cup Garlic-Q Sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 2-5 oz. precooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 cup baby lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 1-1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Prepare your flatbreads by brushing them evenly with Garlic-Q Sauce. Next add the shredded chicken, spinach leaves, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 8-12 minutes in preheated oven, using a sheet tray underneath for softer crust or a directly on rack for crispier. Drizzle with Garlic-Q sauce and top with freshly ground pepper to serve. Serves 2-4.

Garlic-Q Meatloaf

  • 1 slice bread
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten with a fork
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup Garlic-Q
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine the bread, milk, and egg. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Add in the minced onion, ground beef, dry mustard, soy sauce, % cup Garlic-Q sauce and pepper. Mix thoroughly with a large fork, and turn into a medium loaf pan, gently packing meat tightly so there are no air pockets. Bake for 30 minutes and remove from oven to top with remaining Yz cup of Garlic-Q sauce. Return to oven for 15 minutes longer, or until interior temperature reads 165 degrees on a meat thermometer. Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans for a complete dinner. Serves 4-6

GQ Turkey Sandwich

  • 1 pound of hand carved roasted turkey meat
  • 4 thick slices of aged sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices of hearty white bread, lightly toasted
  • 6-8 Tbsp. Original Garlic-Q Sauce or Honey Garlic-Q Sauce
  • 1 apple, sliced

Preheat oven broiler. Stack 4 toasted bread slices with turkey and cheddar cheese, open face style on cookie sheet. Place under broiler until cheese is melted and turkey is warmed completely. Top with Honey Garlic-Q Sauce and remaining toasted bread slices. Serve sandwiches with apple slices.

Garlic-Q Cream Cheese-n-Crackers

  • 1-8 oz. block of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Garlic-Q Sauce or Honey Garlic-Q Sauce

Put cream cheese on a plate and pour Garlic-Q or Honey Garlic-Q over the top of the block. Serve with chips, pretzels, raw vegetables such as green peppers, celery, and carrots, and crackers.
