On Roasted Root Vegetables

For every four pounds of chopped root vegetables, mix 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 cup Squeeze Ginger, and salt to taste. Coat root vegetables thoroughly before roasting.

Green Bean and Artichoke Casserole Recipe

  • 3 cans French cut green beans, drained
  • 4 Jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 4 tsp. ready-to-use Spice World Chopped Garlic
  • 2 lg. onions, chopped
  • 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1-1/2 cups Parmesan cheese

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil; add artichoke and green beans. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add breadcrumbs and cheese. Stir mixture well. Place in 13 x 9 baking sheet. Sprinkle extra cheese on top. Drizzle more olive oil on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Jeannie’s Artichoke Casserole Recipe

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 3 tsp. ready-to-use Spice World Minced Garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup juice from artichoke
  • 8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Chop artichokes in quarters. Mix artichokes, garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, artichoke juice, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Place in two quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Add lemon slices on top and cook another 10 minutes.


Tomato Pasta Salad

  • 5 lg. tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ready-to-use Spice World Minced Garlic
  • 1 (4-1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 16 oz. penne pasta, cooked
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh mint, minced
  • 1 (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, cubed

Combine diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olives, salt and pepper; top with penne pasta. Set aside. Combine oil, mint leaves in a 1-cup glass, measuring cup; microwave on high for one minute. Pour over pasta; add cheese cubes and toss gently. Cover and chill.

Sautéed Mushroom Recipe

  • 4 tsp. ready-to-use Spice World Minced Garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 lbs. fresh mushrooms

Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add vinegar, wine, soy sauce, honey, parsley, and salt. Stir until mixture is well blended and hot. Place mushrooms in heat-proof container with tight fitting lid. Pour hot mixture over mushrooms; allow marinating for 1-3 hours or more, turning over several times. Save marinade for later use on more mushrooms or use it as a salad dressing.

Garlic Breadsticks

  • 1/2 cup butter/one stick of butter (may substitute with light butter or margarine if desired)
  • 2 oz. feta cheese (may substitute with reduced-fat feta if desired)
  • 3 tsp. "SQUEEZE" Premium Minced Garlic
  • 2 leaves of minced basil
  • 1 loaf of fresh French bread

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut loaf of French bread in half (length-wise) and set on a baking sheet. Mix the butter, feta cheese, Spice World "SQUEEZE" Premium Minced Garlic, and basil together until texture becomes spread-like. Add the mixture generously to both halves of the loaf. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or longer for crispier bread.


"SQUEEZE" Garlic Baked Croutons

  • 1 pint of your favorite bread cut into croutons any size you like. (Remember...Sandwich white bread is NOT the bread you want to use here)
  • 1/4 lb butter melted
  • 4 Tbsp Spice World “SQUEEZE” Premium Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp of grated Parmesan, or Romano cheese (Or your favorite hard grating cheese)
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Spice World Paprika
  • 1 tsp Spice World Seasoned Salt

Mix and melt all ingredients except croutons.  Drizzle over croutons and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
OK .........now the fun part. Make them Squeezy Cheesy Garlic Croutons by tossing them in small dice cheese and baking for another 5 minutes.

Pick one:

- 1 cup Brie cheese
- 1 cup Blue cheese (Roquefort, Stilton, Gorgonzola, Maytag - or your favorite)
- 1 cup Monterey Jack
- 1 cup Cheddar
- 1 cup Smoked Gouda
Use Your imagination, have fun.  It all starts with "SQUEEZE" Garlic.

"SQUEEZE" Cheese Peas

  • 2 cans (8.5 oz) peas
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 oz American cheese (soft block cheese)
  • 5 oz milk
  • 3 oz bread crumbs
  • 3 tsp Spice World “SQUEEZE” Premium Minced Garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Melt cheese, butter and milk on stovetop or in microwave. Mix well. Add drained cans of peas, “SQUEEZE”  garlic, and breadcrumbs. Heat well and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simple, Classic, and Oh So Good!


"SQUEEZE" Garlic Classic Green Bean Casserole

  • 1/2 cup Spice World “SQUEEZE” Premium Minced Garlic
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen green beans
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 4 oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 lb  sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can French's French Fried Onions
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce

Sauté onion, squeeze garlic and mushrooms in butter until soft. Add soup, cream and soy sauce.
Place green beans in casserole dish. (poached lightly if fresh beans are used.)
Pour onion/garlic/mushroom mixture over the top and mix.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncover and add Fried Onions. Cook until golden brown.
The classic recipe kicked up a notch with “SQUEEZE” Garlic.


"SQUEEZE" Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes in cubes. Fill a pot with water to cover potatoes
and bring to a boil for 15-20 minutes, until soft. Drain. Sauté
“SQUEEZE” Garlic and butter for 1-2 minutes. Mash potatoes in bowl.
Add the sautéed garlic and butter with sour cream and milk. Season with
salt and pepper to desired taste. Add chives if desired.

Roasted Asparagus with Garlic 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Tear off 6 large pieces of foil. Divide Spice World garlic, olive oil, wine, asparagus, and thyme and arrange them on each piece of foil. Fold over each foil packet to seal. Place the packets on a baking sheet and roast for 20 to 25 minutes until the asparagus is tender, but still a little crisp. Carefully open packets and serve asparagus with juices poured on top.

Mac 'N "SQUEEZE" w/ Cheese

Wasn't that Easy?  below are some ways to make your own signature dish that kids and adulsts will love!

Add one of the following:

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp cut in half
  • 1 cup crisp, chopped bacon
  • 1 cup diced, smoked ham
  • 1 cup cooked lobster cut fine
  • 1 cup sliced kielbasa sausage
  • 1 cup smoked salmon or nova cut small

Simple, Delicious, and Ready in Minutes!

“SQUEEZE” Garlic and Onion Hash Brown Potatoes

Place oil and onions in large sauté pan. Sauté until onions are clear.
Add garlic and sauté until golden in color.
Add potatoes and seasoning and press down with spatula. Turn pan on medium and Don’t touch until one side is golden.
Flip over...this takes practice. Now cook the other side till golden.
Serve with slices of butter on top and on side.

Add-on ingredient options:

  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese on and melt under broiler
  • Melt Brie cheese on top, under broiler
  • Cook diced ham until crunchy and sprinkle on top
  • Serve "SQUEEZE" Garlic on side as a condiment
  • Add diced jalapeno peppers to potato mixture
  • Add chopped chives to potato mixture
  • Smother in sour cream

Serve anytime of the day!

“SQUEEZE” Garlic Cream of Mushroom Soup

We have been serving this for years at the Produce Marketing Show with much success. It's easy, rich, and decadent!

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 pint half-and-half
  • 2 lb sliced mushrooms cooked till all the liquid is gone. SLOWLY!
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup Spice World “SQUEEZE” Premium Minced Garlic- (Remember people love that garlic.) Don't skimp.
  • 2 Tbsp of chicken base
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Garnish with fresh snipped chives

Sauté mushrooms until liquid is gone. Add butter and melt. Add garlic and simmer for 5 minutes.  Add flour and stir on low heat for 10 minutes.  Add cream, chicken base, and half-and-half slowly and bring to simmer for 15 minutes. Season to taste...Chives for garnish...Enjoy!
